Continue to Diani to unwind at the luxurious Msambweni Villas, where you’ll relax on pristine beaches and take a special excursion to Wasini Island. Day 1: Nairobi

Arrive at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, Nairobi.
VIP meet and greet assistance by Trade Winds. They will assist with Customs and immigration procedures. Welcomed by our team at exit.
Transfer and check-in at your hotel. Meals on your own. Overnight stay at Emara Ole Sereni Hotel

Day 2: Nairobi

After breakfast, embark on a full day tour of Nairobi, visiting
Nairobi National Park, David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust, Giraffe Centre, and Bomas of Kenya. Enjoy lunch at Carnivore restaurant.
Overnight stay at Emara Ole Sereni Hotel.

Day 3: Nairobi – Diani

Check out after breakfast and transfer to Wilson airport for your schedule flight to Diani. Arrive in Diani, met and transfer to Msambweni House for check-in.
Spend the afternoon at leisure. Enjoy full board accommodation.

Day 4: Diani

Breakfast at the villas, then depart at 07h00 for a full day excursion to Wasini Island, including lunch at Charlies Claw Restaurant.
Return to Msambweni House later in the evening for dinner and overnight.

Days 5-7: Diani

Spend these days at leisure at Msambweni House in villas, enjoying the beach and optional resort activities. All meals provided at the villas.

Day 8: Diani – Nairobi

Depart
Check out after breakfast, transfer to Diani airport for your flight back to Nairobi. Arrive and connect to your onward flight at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport.

• Meals & beverages, other than specified.
• International flights.
• Optional excursions & activities at an additional cost.
• Airport taxes.
• Passport, visa fees & service charges for obtaining visas.
• Excess baggage charges levied by airlines.
• Gratuities to driver/guides & other conveyance attendants.
• Laundry & other items of a personal nature such drinks, telephone calls ETC.
• Personal, baggage, Accident & Trip Cancellation/Interruption insurance.

Passenger Information:-

• In case of non-availability, we may have to reroute and provide alternative accommodation at lodges of similar category.
• Passengers should bring only soft sided bags on safaris as our vehicles have limited luggage space
• All the passengers must have Identification Card/Passport with them throughout their travel.

Payment Procedure

1. At confirmation, 50% of the total cost is payable.
2. Balance of 50%, 60 days prior to the commencement of your trip.
3. At the time of confirmation, if your departure date is less than 60 days, then the total cost shall be paid.

Cancellation Policy

Any changes in travel arrangement must be advised immediately. We are ready to offer alternatives that may fit your needs or cancel that booking as a whole. We reserve the right to charge cancellation fees that may be incurred by failure to allow us sufficient time to amend the arrangements originally requested. Additional cost for changes of arrangements shall be borne by the client. The below cancellation policy is pertinent to all packages designed & operated by Songa Africa ‘The Tourism Company’. We are not liable to refund you if it does not fall into our guidelines:

1. Up to 75 days prior to your arrival, 25% of the total cost will be forfeited as cancellation fees.
2. Should cancellation be received in less than 75 days prior to your arrival, 50% of the total cost would be levied as cancellation charge.
3. Cancellation received in less than 60 days prior to your arrival would attract 100% of total paid as cancellation fee.
