Begin your journey in Nairobi, then explore Chyulu Hills and Tsavo West with game drives and luxury at Ol Donyo Lodge. Fly back to Nairobi for visits to David Sheldrick and the Giraffe Centre, then head to Lake Elementaita for safaris in Soysambu and Lake Nakuru. Continue to Lewa Conservancy for exclusive game drives, and finally, experience the iconic Masai Mara with thrilling safaris and a stay at Cottar’s 1920s Safari Camp. Day 1: Nairobi – Chyulu Hills

Your flight lands at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport.
VIP meet and greet assistance by Trade winds team who will assist you with customs and immigration formalities.
Early morning departure to Chyulu Hills.
Arrive at the lodge & check in. Lunch will follow.
Afternoon game drive in Tsavo West National Park.
Dinner.

Day 2: Chyulu Hills

Breakfast at the lodge.
Morning game drive in Tsavo West National Park. Enjoy picnic lunch boxes.
Afternoon game drive in Tsavo West National Park. Arrive back at the lodge.

Day 3: Chyulu Hills – Nairobi – Lake Elementaita

Breakfast at the lodge & check out. Morning departure to Nairobi by flight. Arrive at Wilson airport.
Meet & greet with our English speaking driver guide. Excursion to David Sheldrick & Giraffe Centre. Lunch at Carnivore restaurant. Depart to Lake Elementaita by road. Arrive at the lodge & check in.
Dinner.
Overnight at Lake Elementaita Serena Lodge or similar (Full Board)

Day 4: Lake Elementaita Breakfast at the lodge.

Morning departure to Lake Nakuru National Park for game drive.
Lunch at the lodge. Afternoon game drive in Soysambu Conservancy.

Day 5: Lake Elementaita – Lewa Conservancy

Arrive in Masai Mara.
Meet & greet with our English speaking driver guide. Transfer to the camp.
Lunch. Afternoon game drive in Masai Mara National Reserve, returning before sunset to camp.

Day 8: Masai Mara National Reserve

Option: Early morning balloon safari excursion.
Breakfast, followed by a complimentary experience as per inclusions at the camp.

Day 9: Masai Mara National Reserve

• Personal, baggage, Accident & Trip Cancellation/Interruption insurance.

Passenger Information:-

• In case of non-availability, we may have to reroute and provide alternative accommodation at lodges of similar category.
• Passengers should bring only soft sided bags on safaris as our vehicles have limited luggage space
• All the passengers must have Identification Card/Passport with them throughout their travel.

Payment Procedure

1. At confirmation, 50% of the total cost is payable.
2. Balance of 50%, 60 days prior to the commencement of your trip.
3. At the time of confirmation, if your departure date is less than 60 days, then the total cost shall be paid.

Cancellation Policy

Any changes in travel arrangement must be advised immediately. We are ready to offer alternatives that may fit your needs or cancel that booking as a whole. We reserve the right to charge cancellation fees that may be incurred by failure to allow us sufficient time to amend the arrangements originally requested. Additional cost for changes of arrangements shall be borne by the client. The below cancellation policy is pertinent to all packages designed & operated by Songa Africa ‘The Tourism Company’. We are not liable to refund you if it does not fall into our guidelines:

1. Up to 75 days prior to your arrival, 25% of the total cost will be forfeited as cancellation fees.
2. Should cancellation be received in less than 75 days prior to your arrival, 50% of the total cost would be levied as cancellation charge.

Cancellation received in less than 60 days prior to your arrival would attract 100% of total paid as cancellation fee.
